This is a pretty straightforward deck that relies on boosting Cap's basic ATK through 3 upgrades:

Aggressive Conditioning, Innate Aggression, Combat Training.

With these boosted, we want to get an Avenger ally out and use them to fuel Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Between Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Cap's ability to ready once per round by discarding a card, you often get 3 big attacks off each round.

Card draw comes from Avengers Mansion, Blood Rage, and Hall of Heroes., while keeping Cap healthy relies judicious chump blocking with allies, but also basic defending and taking some attacks on the chin in order to keep one Avenger in play (otherwise Earth's Mightiest Heroes cannot trigger). The Hulk ally is great for this, since he can cause problems for the heroes when he activates.

Hand Cannons will boost your attack even further and give you overkill, and Savage Strike can help close out the game or take out big minions. A Side Holster can let you keep both cannons out at once along with your shield, but I haven't found it necessary. Still, definitely an option.

Iron Lad also can combine with Hulk or Blade to avoid the negative effects of the latter two allies attacks.

In the beginning, you may have to help the Justice player control threat with your basic Thwart and readies. However, by mid-game, you should be focusing on doing damage and controlling the board by taking out minions for everyone. Minions will fill up Hall of Heroes, which will give you card draw when you flip to Alter ego. In alter-ego, heal up, maybe visit your apartment, and bounce up for some more savage attacks.

NOTE: I generally prefer Quinncarrier over Helicarrier, but typically leave it open for other players to play with this deck since Cap's soldier serums provide the needed physical resource to stun with heroic strike.
