This is a very flexible deck that combines SP//dr's powerful suit with the incredible value of the Web-Warrior trait. The first priority is getting Peni's suit built up so she has the resources and upgrades to operate efficiently. Once that's online, we can take advantage of the Web-Warrior roster to generate extra activations, find the right allies, and keep the deck moving. The Deadpool cards add some extra utility and staying power along the way.

Building the Suit

As with most SP//dr decks, the first job is getting the suit assembled. Host Spider, Psychic Link, Speed-Metal Alloy, and Web-Fluid Compressor are all part of the core kit, and All Systems Go! helps us find the upgrades we need to get up and running. Rapid Deployment gives us another way to develop the board, while Ejection Protocol and SP//dr Command round out the suit's support package.

Once the suit is built, SP//dr becomes much more efficient and can start taking full advantage of her abilities. The deck doesn't need to commit to one narrow game plan, either. Depending on what the table needs, we can focus on damage, threat removal, or supporting the other players.

The Web-Warrior Network

After getting the suit online, the next step is to make the most of the Web-Warrior trait. This deck has a deep roster of Web-Warrior allies, including Spider-Man, Ghost-Spider, Scarlet Spider, VEN#m, Spider-Ham, and Madame Web. Web of Life and Destiny helps reward us for cycling Web-Warriors through play, giving us more value as allies leave the board.

Across the Spider-Verse is one of the most important cards in the deck. The first target should generally be Peter Parker's Spider-Man, which gives us access to a powerful ally and opens up opportunities for multiple readies. The event also lets us bypass the usual resource requirements for the ally we bring in, making it an excellent way to get value from the Web-Warrior lineup without having to pay the full cost.

With this many Web-Warriors available, we have plenty of options for responding to the board. We can bring in allies for their abilities, use them to attack or thwart, and cycle them out to take advantage of the deck's support effects.

A Little Spider-Pool

The Deadpool cards give the deck some additional flexibility. Healing Factor helps keep our health up, while Stick-To-Itiveness provides a cheap way to ready each turn with a physical resource. Blackout and Tic-Tac-Toe add further options to the package.

Get Rage-y gives us another way to lean into Deadpool's style, while Cutupper and Not My Responsibility provide additional tools for dealing with the villain and the board. These cards aren't the central engine, but they give us more ways to respond to different situations.

The resource package and supports help tie everything together. Team-Building Exercise and Helicarrier make paying for cards easier, while Aunt May & Uncle Ben and Plot Convenience add more utility. Build Support and Superpower Training give us player side schemes to help establish the setup we want.

The Rest of the Deck

Web-Trap gives us another control option, and the various suit upgrades and events keep SP//dr functioning smoothly. The deck's strength is that it can adapt to what the team needs rather than being locked into a single role.

Spider-Pool is all about flexibility. Get SP//dr's suit built first, then lean into the Web-Warrior package for ally value, extra activations, and a wide range of answers to whatever the scenario throws at you. It combines a reliable hero engine with a toolbox of allies, giving you plenty of ways to contribute to the team.
