The loop:

Regroup + Wiccan (Hulkling set) in the same turn
Wiccan fetches Petulant Pig
Petulant Pig → villain attacks, draw 3 cards
Wiccan defends, gets defeated, Regroup returns him to hand
Replay Wiccan → infinite loop

Running gags:

Threat: web-warriors bounce between the stage and the wings
Damage: the two Spider-Man allies Spider-Man and Spider-Man drop the anvils
Overkill:Cartoon Physics shrinks each hit to 1 damage, and that bruise gives Spider-Ham a toon counter (Hogwashed, Organic Webbing, resources)

Bonus:

Righteous Purpose brings the heavy stats, because even a cartoon deck needs a little muscle
