This deck attempts to exploit Jessica Jones unique ability to go into alter ego every turn. Cameo is intended for Wolverine from Jubilee, however Brawn from Ironheart or Nova from Star Lord are also powerful options if you don't intend on paying their costs.
Recruitment Drive is how we are going to get allies out, I believe that you can overpay for Spectrum's ability, and pull Lockjaw from the discard with Recruitment Drive.
Command Team / Get Ready allows Wolverine to attack for 3, thwart for 1 then heal when we flip down every round. They also allow Luke Cage to block and get a tough in the same round.
The rest of the allies can be swapped out for whatever you have in your collection I just chose allies with big costs/stats since Recruitment Drive makes them free.
I agree Recruitment Drive can be used for Lockjaw. However, you can't get Spectrum's effect if you overpay for her per the Rules Reference, page 13 under Cost: "Resources generated beyond the specified cost are considered to have been overpaid for that cost and were not paid for that cost." She requires the card being tucked to have been used to pay for her cost.
