This deck is about building an enormous network of agents, facilities and vehicles, then turning that infrastructure into resources, damage, threat removal, status cards and whatever else the mission requires.

Build the Organization

Maria's alter-ego ability searches your deck for a S.H.I.E.L.D. support, making it remarkably easy to find the piece you need.

And there are plenty of pieces.

Helicarrier, Sky-Destroyer, The Bellerophon, The Circe, The Douglass, The Iliad, The Pericles and The Triskelion give Maria an entire fleet to command.

The expensive supports aren't a problem when Meditation can reduce a card's cost by 3. Build the infrastructure first. Everything gets easier afterward.

Organizational Support

All of Maria's allies gain the S.H.I.E.L.D. trait, allowing Organizational Support to turn up to three allies and supports into resources.

With three copies, the organization itself becomes your economy.

Maria doesn't need to carry the team.

She has a budget.

Command the Fleet

Counters are meant to be moved around.

Reinforcements adds all-purpose counters to multiple S.H.I.E.L.D. supports at once, while Maria's Reassignment ability can move a counter from one support to another every round.

Need another activation instead?

On the Double readies S.H.I.E.L.D. supports with up to 6 combined printed cost.

That makes even the largest ships capable of pulling double duty.

All-Points Bulletin

Once the board fills with S.H.I.E.L.D. supports, All-Points Bulletin becomes ridiculous.

For every S.H.I.E.L.D. support you control, choose either a point of threat removal or a point of damage.

Build ten supports?

That's ten points to distribute.

The bigger the organization becomes, the stronger Maria's orders become.

Evaluate the Threat

Evaluate Threat gives Maria another powerful search tool.

Defeat it to find an AVENGER or S.H.I.E.L.D. card from your deck or discard pile, then reduce its cost by 2 for the phase.

Between this and Maria's alter-ego search, finding the right piece is rarely a problem.

The Hard Call

Eventually, every operation comes to an end.

When a S.H.I.E.L.D. support has served its purpose, The Hard Call can discard it to deal damage equal to its printed cost to every enemy.

Even decommissioning is weaponized.

This isn't an ally swarm deck disguised as Leadership.

It's an infrastructure deck.

Build the organization. Finance it. Recharge it. Ready it. Move its resources where they're needed. Then turn the entire S.H.I.E.L.D. machine against the scenario.
