Hawkeye - "I got an arrow for everything"

Hawkeye doesn't need to be the strongest Avenger. He just needs the right arrow for the job.

This deck keeps Clint at a very respectable 5 ATK without wasting turns trying to build him into something he isn't. Combat Training and Aggressive Conditioning provide the foundation, while his Bow, Quiver and Expert Marksman keep his signature arsenal running.

Aggressive Stance is the key addition. When Hawkeye engages a minion, it searches the deck for an ATTACK event, allowing Clint to find the tool he needs instead of simply drawing into it.

His high ATK is then used for more than basic attacks. Smash the Problem turns it into threat removal, while The Best Defense... lets Clint use his offensive strength to survive.

One by One fits Hawkeye's fighting style perfectly. Pick off one target, then immediately move on to the next. It gives Clint another efficient ATTACK event for Aggressive Stance to find while reinforcing what the deck is all about: choosing the right target and wasting as little damage as possible.

Meanwhile, Hawkeye's arrows provide the specialized ammunition: stun, confuse, area damage, piercing damage, or whatever the situation calls for. Expert Marksman helps pay for those arrows without draining the resources Clint needs for the rest of his turn.

The goal isn't to spend half the game building an 8 ATK Hawkeye.
