Intro
So, I've been brewing this idea for a while now - spamming See No Evil, Hear No Evil. The event is extremely efficient by itself, but with Photographic Reflexes, it's on average 12 "output" per 4 ER. That is insane value. Of course, there's a requirement: we need Daredevil in play. That requirement made this strategy unreliable as we needed to either mulligan into Daredevil or tutor for it with something like Suit Up or Call for Backup. But now, with Dynamic Duo, that issue no longer exists - Maya Lopez can tutor for Dynamic Duo and we can establish Daredevil turn 1. Every. Single. Game.
Afterward, Echo is so consistent at spamming SNEHNE that our output (threat removal and damage) really isn't any issue anymore, we can just deal with whatever problem is on the board, whether it's a minion, side scheme, or main scheme threat.
Now, Echo's real "problem" is survivability. She has 9hp, 2 def, and precisely 0 damage reduction effects - only healing. Now, for most scenarios, allies are the easy answer. I don't think I need to go over that - just throw in some cheap allies and call it a day. However, playing expert+ on harder scenarios, the survivability issue IS noticeable (Ronan HURTS sometimes).
Disclaimer
This is very much a power-focused build. The goal is to be as consistent as possible, which means the deck can feel pretty scripted: your opening turn will look nearly identical every game, and once you're set up, you're generally trying to execute the same basic game plan every turn. If that kind of repetitive gameplay isn't what you're looking for, this deck probably isn't for you.
This is still in the early stages of testing - Luke Cage came out fairly recently at the time of posting - but I wanted to at least put the idea out there. From my testing so far, this is one of the most consistent, versatile, and powerful decks I've built.
Note: Echo built with Sidekick and spamming Side by Side is also extremely powerful. In fact, on the "burstier" turns, that build will generate MORE output, BUT it requires Daredevil AND Sidekick in play. I'm not one to say which one is stronger, but I like the consistency of SNEHNE spam more than the bigger turns from the Sidekick build.
Mulligan & Turn 1
Like almost any hero, how we mulligan depends heavily on the initial pressure from the scenario. The only thing that we absolutely should focus on is getting Daredevil into play. If the scenario doesn't have much pressure to start, we can mulligan to look for other setup pieces like Muscle Memory. Otherwise, our turn 1 generally looks like:
Flip to hero → trigger Maya Lopez ability (search for Dynamic Duo) → Dynamic Duo → Dynamic Duo → whatever else (Basic ATK/THW and/or SNEHNE if needed).
If we already have a Dynamic Duo in hand, we can search for Assess the Situation instead. Face the Past is also an option to look for if the scenario isn't putting up much pressure.
Post-Turn 1
After getting Dynamic Duo into play, every turn is pretty much a puzzle to figure out how many SNEHNEs you can/need to play. If you need to spend your entire hand to stabilize do that. Otherwise, use your resources to set up other cards that stay on field. As much as I would like to write out an extremely detailed guide, Echo actually has a lot of lines of play.
Generally speaking: try to have access to either Dynamic Duo or See No Evil, Hear No Evil at all times. If you have at least 1 copy in hand or tucked, you're usually okay. Try to keep a copy of Assess the Situation tucked as well. With Muscle Memory, that can be another resource for this turn OR next turn.
The following are cards I would consider adding from each aspect:
I don't recommend removing any of the cards currently in the deck. Maybe you could cut Nick Fury and/or Hellcat, but they are both strong options.

Closing Thoughts
That's about it! Like I said, this is still very early in testing, so I'm sure there's plenty of room for improvement. I'd love to hear what you think: are there any cards or interactions I'm overlooking? Anything you'd cut or change? Or any obvious weaknesses you think this deck might run into other than survivability?
Let me know what you think!
