Mortal, you are correct. Why should an Asgardian Queen be mentioned in the same breath as two unruly Midgard creatures when her own name already shakes the very foundations of New Asgard? I need no comparisons to justify my right to rule. When I encase my heart in pure steel, I do so with absolute, independent precision. Every single card in this 46-card construct follows an unrelenting, distinct logic that transforms my isolation into pure dominance. When Odin called upon me to take the leadership of my people, there was no hesitation, no doubt, and no backing down, for leadership is a sacred duty that one steps into with a raised head. My untamed pride is my compass, my Asgardian honor is absolutely unalterable, and my "Shield of Asgard" is the royal banner of my people, before which every enemy shall tremble in the dust.My entire Asgardian engine is fired up in alter-ego form, where I gather myself behind an unapproachable, hard facade and secretly make my royal preparations for war. "Annabelle Riggs" is the only mortal I tolerate near me because her tireless searching sifts through my deck every round for my most powerful identity cards, while I recover in the background and plan my strategy. Should any of my weapons or armor end up in the discard pile in the heat of battle, I use "Visit Valhalla" to retrieve those cards back to my hand for absolutely zero resources, completely free, preserving my pride. Once this unshakable foundation stands, I flip into hero form, activate "Chooser of the Slain", and single-handedly force a defenseless minion from the encounter deck into engagement, which immediately grants me two new hand cards and summons my "Death-Glow" down upon him. This is not compassion, but the purest, calculated dominion, for as soon as this marked intruder lies in the dust through my permanent attack boost from "Dragonfang" or the brutal force of "Have at thee!" for seven damage with unstoppable overkill, my hero ability makes me ready once again, while the "Valhalla" environment heals me and gifts me yet another card to prepare the next royal execution. The true art of my cynical devotion to duty unfolds, however, in the cowardly villain phase, where I seize absolute control over the enemy's turn and shatter their attacks against my cold indifference. A true Queen does not hide behind an army of henchmen, which is why the "Ronin" title is the absolute law of this deck, rewarding me for tolerating no cowardly allies on the battlefield by permanently granting me one point of defense and equipping me with retaliate one. Together with my "Armored Vest" and "Innate Reflexes", I easily achieve a permanent baseline of five defense, which skyrockets to seven points through "Valkyrie's Spear" against the target of my "Death-Glow". If the villain attacks me now, I play "Shieldmaiden" for just a single measly resource and declare myself an unshakable protector without exhausting at all, while cards like "Not Today!" drive my defense to a maximum of eleven points, completely annulling the damage and clearing two threat from the scheme in stride to secure the sovereignty of my realm. Should I ever go into the enemy phase exhausted after a grueling turn, my sense of duty rescues me through "Stand Alone", immediately making me ready before the villain can even strike, while the triple "Anticipation" puts me back on my feet the moment a minion engages me, and "Indomitable" guarantees my readiness after a block in an emergency. When the enemy then recoils, exhausted and frustrated by my unbothered expression, he systematically destroys himself against the thorns of my ice-cold facade, while I stand unconditionally for my people and my friends. My "Electrostatic Armor" and my "Ronin" title immediately punish any disrespectful attacker with two points of passive counter-damage, while my three "Energy Barrier" cards stand like an insurmountable protective shield, preventing any unpredictable breakthrough damage and hurling those pain points back one-to-one at the perpetrator instead, all while "Unflappable" hands me a fresh card for every perfectly deflected blow. Arriving in my own phase, I tolerate the tyranny no longer and finally use my pristine defense value for the ultimate humiliation of the enemy by playing the card that defines my entire philosophy, because "The Best Offense..." converts my entire, loyal shield power into pure, offensive destructive force. This temporary condition allows me to use my exorbitant defense in place of my attack or thwart, unleashing an Asgardian world-fire of justice with "In Harm's Way", which inflicts up to nine damage to the wicked in a single, earth-shattering liberating blow and simultaneously pulverizes a massive amount of threat from any scheme, while "Army of One" lurks in the background should I need to rise yet again, and "Flight of the Valkyrior" cleanses any lingering danger from the realm. Let the weak-willed Avengers of Midgard seek comfort in teams, my shield stands alone upon my loyal steed "Aragorn", unswerving, faithful unto death, and absolutely unyielding.
