First attempt at using the new protection cards in “Fear No Evil” to make Quicksilver live up to his speedster abilities.
Innate Reflexes + The Best Offense allow Quicksilver to have an effective 3 ATK / 3 THW / 3 DEF from turn one.
Any ideas for improvements are welcome.
