There are very few aggression events that I would classify as great. Drop Kick is probably the best one...provided you get that spicy kicker (pun intended).
Echo's ability to replay aspect events is perfect for building around a specific event. Being able to play Drop Kick every turn is the dream, and with her kit, that dream can become reality.
With Martial Prowess and American Sign Language, you'll be generating 2 Physical resources a turn to help hit the stun and draw an extra card, we have Enhanced Physique to help generate that third Physical resource on demand.
The key thing to remember here is that to hit the Kicker on Drop Kick, it says you must pay for this card using only Physical resources, meaning when Photographic Reflexes reduces the cost of Drop Kick by two, you'll only need to generate 1 Physical resource to hit the kicker.
Use Muscle Memory to put a copy of Drop Kick in your hand when you have multiple tucked so you can have one available every turn. Study the Tape can help you find a copy of Drop Kick still in your deck. Choreography lets you put Drop Kick back in your deck. Echo's Katana gives you a 3 damage attack to add after your first Drop Kick every turn. Hell Improvisation heals you one for every Drop Kick you play.
Once you're built out the first Drop Kick you play each turn will deal 4 damage, then another 3 damage with piercing, stun, draw a card and heal one health. Not too bad for 3 resources.
The rest of the deck is was meant to play in tandem with Daredevil, but some key cards are:
- Press the Advantage to draw cards from stunned enemies
- Helicarrier old reliable, a Physical resource, do not use when playing Photographic Reflexes for Drop Kick, you'll lose the kicker
- See No Evil, Hear No Evil just an outstanding team-up card
The rest of the spots in the deck are more personal preference as the key to this deck is getting out your upgrades and supports, and then playing Drop Kick whenever possible.
Had a deck like this rattling around in my head, you beat me to it! The 3-cost events with required resources are so satisfying to pop off with Photographic Reflexes. One strength for a Drop Kick, stun + card draw? Yes, please!
