Superpowering Web Warrior Fanatic's old deck with some Fear No Evil cards. Added in some "Stop Hitting Yourself"s and Change of Fortune so you can get some value out of that massive defense stat. This seemed like it would give more value that one with The Best Offense... since you get more card draw into potentially more events and upgrades to hit harder, and you are already thwarting for a bit here and there with your 3 Hard to Ignores
