Plan of Attack is not limited to Aggression cards, so it applies to all of Wolverine's hero-specific Attack events: Berserker Barrage, Lunging String, Slice and Dice.
The rest of the deck is built around dealing excess damage to minions with Follow Through in conjunction with Relentless Assault (overkill), Into the Fray (thwart main scheme), and Moment of Triumph (healing Wolverine).
Additionally, No Quarter grants more card draw. Use Martial Prowess or The X-Jet to provide the required strength resource.
Aggressive Conditioning and Endurance boost Wolverine's health pool to power his claws.
This is a multiplayer deck, so in solo add Spoiling for a Fight to get minions, replacing one copy each of Into the Fray, Moment of Triumph, and No Quarter. You'll still have a serious issue with thwarting, be warned.
