This deck was built around one simple idea:

Rogue doesn't avoid trouble. She turns it against her enemies.

Rather than sitting back behind layers of defense, Rogue invites the villain to make the first move before answering with overwhelming force. Every attack against her becomes another opportunity to gain the upper hand.

Design Philosophy

Protection isn't always about preventing damage.

Sometimes it's about making your opponent regret attacking in the first place.

This deck focuses on reacting to the villain's actions while keeping Rogue ready to use her basic ATK and THW values. Instead of exhausting to defend every turn, Rogue stays active, forcing the villain to play on her terms.

Turning Defense into Offense

Cards like Bait and Switch, Preemptive Strike, and Momentum Shift don't simply reduce incoming pressure.

They transform the villain's aggression into your advantage.

Whether it's redirecting an attack, reflecting damage, or recovering while striking back, every defensive play keeps Rogue in control without sacrificing her own tempo.

Borrow, Adapt, Overcome

Rogue has never been defined by a single power.

Through Touched and Superpower Adaptation, she constantly adapts to the battlefield, borrowing abilities whenever they offer the greatest advantage.

No two games feel exactly the same, because Rogue is always changing to meet the challenge in front of her.

Playstyle

Stay ready whenever possible instead of defending every attack. Turn enemy aggression into opportunities. Make full use of Rogue's basic activations. Adapt your game plan around the hero attached to Touched. Strike back harder every time the villain thinks they're gaining momentum.

This deck was designed primarily for multiplayer and campaign play, where Rogue excels as a flexible protector who punishes enemy aggression while adapting to whatever the team needs most.

If you're looking for a Protection deck that simply blocks attacks, this isn't it.

If you're looking for Rogue fighting with confidence, attitude, and the ability to turn every punch against her opponent, this deck was built for you.
