Sam Wilson takes on Captain America shield to lead the Avengers.
This is a multiplayer deck to boost not only his own Avengers allies but other Avengers heroes/teams on the table. Three copies of Mighty Avengers and Team Training allow it to enter play sooner for Falcon but also play it under other players' control to thin out his deck.
A leaner deck brings Mission Planning to hand more often to prevent consequential damage to his allies. Command Team grants them multiple activations when this is in effect. Don't forget that in multiplayer other heroes can call for this action to ready their allies, too.
Yellow Jacket helps find the many hero-specific upgrades that Falcon wants to use depending on the board state. Early on, grabbing Vibranium Microweave then Draw Their Fire will help him defend for the table. After that, pulling Talon Line can ready his allies again or stun enemies to build tempo. Black Panther pulls from discard and holds Mission Planning. White Tiger draws cards. Iron Lad extends the life of the other allies, especially Black Panther.
Enhanced Physique stores strength resources to exhaust the Captain America upgrade and toss the shield.
