The deck takes advantage of Bishop's excellent economy to run an expensive and powerful card to great effect, Mutant Mayhem(MM).
Build order: Bishop's Uniform is particularly important here so he can soak more hits and keep your allies alive longer so you can play MM. You'll also want Children of the Atom so MM is easier to trigger.
Play Notes: Once you're setup, you likely won't use cerebro and x-mansion much, but they can also be tapped for a resource by Org Support. I decided not use Uncanny here primarily because i felt it didn't add much. Once setup, i never have trouble paying for allies, and the extra hp doesn't add much either since ally hp is refreshed by MM. Take advantage of the flexibility of New Recruits and grab whichever ally helps you the most in the scenario you're playing.
Deck tweaks: The ally list is very flexible and up to your preference. I like taking more to balance out the resources and help make sure I don't end up with dead hands often. Beast, Colossus, M, Marrow, Triage and White Queen in particular have great enter play abilities to go with MM. I'd also strongly suggest including lockjaw, even though he's not an MM target, to further reduce your chances of having a dead hand. The rest are pretty interchangeable. Enjoy!

This deck is super interesting, because Bishop can definitely get the resources easy to pull this off without any problem. Although I'm shocked Cyclops isn't in this deck. It's insanely good with Mutant Mayhem Also, 18 allies seem overkill, I wonder if you could drop 3 and play "To Me, My X-Men!". |

Mutant Mayhem is a card I’ve never really played because I’m mostly true solo and I didn’t think there was a hero that could manage it. Looks like I was mistaken. Great deck!
