Thor – The Most Fun I've Had in Marvel Champions After playing this game for a long time, Thor has become the hero I enjoy the most. I've continuously refined and experimented with his deck over the years. If you've followed my previous lists, you'll notice that I've gone through countless iterations of Thor, trying different ideas and approaches. Even now, I still consider him one of the most enjoyable heroes in the game. His deckbuilding is incredibly flexible, with no single "correct" way to play him, and he truly shines when played alongside friends. This latest version is one that I'm confident can serve as another fun direction for players to build upon, whether you prefer solo or multiplayer.

This deck was specifically designed to stay true to Thor's theme while embracing the all-out Aggression playstyle. It has been tested extensively against Expert Ronan and Expert Venom Goblin in both solo and multiplayer games. In solo, the deck wins by pushing explosive burst damage and ending the game quickly. In multiplayer, it continues to excel as the team's primary damage dealer. If you're playing solo, you can easily swap Get Over Here! for Spoiling for a Fight.

One of the things I love most about this deck is the variety in its gameplay. Jarnbjorn is great for pinging Tough enemies to remove their status cards or squeezing out extra damage when you have spare resources, but its main purpose is to stay on the board and fuel powerful Mean Swing turns.

I'm also a big fan of The Bifrost. It lets you thin your deck while tutoring the Ally you need most, giving you the flexibility to control the board and adapt to any situation. The deck's signature play, however, is still Lightning Strike. If you can find a way to engage multiple minions with Thor, you'll trigger his card draw, then follow it up with Bring It! for even more cards. The result is an explosive turn where Lightning Strike wipes out an entire wave of minions without caring about Tough, while simultaneously dealing damage to the villain. No matter how many times I pull it off, it always feels incredibly satisfying, cinematic, and perfectly thematic for Thor.
