Falcon’s Justice playstyle revolves around "scouting" the encounter deck to maximize his card effects while keeping the villain's schemes in check.
Encounter Deck Manipulation
Falcon's hero ability, Eagle-Eyed, allows him to discard the top card of the encounter deck. His signature event Bird’s-Eye View scales effectively based on the number of boost icons on the discarded card. Seeing the top card of the encounter deck also allows Wiccan to consistently deal higher damage.
Aerial Synergy
The deck uses the Aerial trait to unlock "scouting" events.
Agile Flight and Everywhere All at Once allow efficient threat removal from multiple schemes. Sense of Justice helps pay (or overpay) for these events, along with Power of Flight since they all have the Aerial trait.
Heroic Conditioning raises Falcon's basic thwart along with 3 more hit points. Specialized Training adds another +1 to Falcon's base thwart along with some card draw. Soaring Acrobatics grants an additional +1 to Falcon's thwart or any of his Aerial allies: Firebird, Redwing, and Sentry.

Avengers Allies
As noted, Firebird, Redwing, and Sentry all have the Aerial trait so can be played using Power of Flight and Falcon's Flock. Yellow Jacket helps find the many upgrades to build out, especially Soaring Acrobatics. Sentry exploits Falcon's ability to see the number of boost icons on the faceup encounter card on the top of the deck. Manifold finds player side schemes, fist target being Specialized Training to become the Surveillance Specialist. Hawkeye deals damage to minions when any ally thwarts.
If they clear a side scheme then Command Center deals damage, too. All are Avengers so can be played at a discount with Avengers Tower, granting an additional ally slot, too.
In the future, adding Stealth Training to exactly thwart a side scheme using Agile Flight gives Falcon the ability to stun the villain.
