Always Be Blasting, Fully (Wiccan Cameo)

Basically, the goal it to play Full Blast just about every turn. This seems to be a fun thought experiment as people have been trying various methods to do this: Mutant Mayhem and Cameo Ms. Marvel seems to be some other ways. I wanted to make a Cameo deck and Wiccan was the card that I wanted to utilize. Since I usually play multiplayer, Regroup goes insane.

How do we play Full Blast almost every turn?

1) Get Coordinated Effort onto the villain. The villain card is technically considered to be an encounter card. If we don't get it in our opening hand, it is a tactic and can be found by Scott Summers. Now you can use Optic Blast every turn.

2) Get Wiccan into play so he can find your copy of Full Blast (in the discard or deck). You can get him by drawing him, getting him through Suit Up, or getting him in play via Call for Backup.

3) Full Blast whatever needs deleting.

4) Retrieve it by putting Wiccan back in hand from chump blocking the villain while Regroup is in play, play Phoenix and retrieve Full Blast from the discard pile, or recur Phoenix via Regroup or ideally Rapid Response (since Wiccan needs the Regroups to be able to get Full Blast).

The rest of the ally suite is essentially just for protecting you and thwarting since you'll have damage completely under control.
