Avengers Emergency Response Squad

The Avengers Emergency Response Squad (Aveng.E.R.S.) is a Marvel comics team assembled by Steve Rogers (Captain America) following the "Blood Hunt" event to handle immediate, large-scale crises. Operating out of Avengers Mansion, this fast-response unit consists of both veterans and new members.

Leader: Captain America (Steve Rogers)

Purpose: Rapid deployment to tackle major threats in the aftermath of the vampire crisis

Base of Operations: Avengers Mansion

Key Members: Wasp, Hawkeye (Clint Barton), Hercules, She-Hulk, Photon (Monica Rambeau), Wonder Man

Given the roster and the (current) legacy card pool, this comic-themed deck could be built in either Aggression (Wasp, Hercules, She-Hulk) or Leadership (Hawkeye, Spectrum, Wonder Man). Alternatively, these are all available Marvel Champions heroes with a Captain America ally in either Aggression or Leadership.

Before choosing an aspect, there are the common Basic cards in either build. Avengers Mansion and Jarvis are key in the comic storyline. With an ally-focused deck, Avengers Compound is handy to have around. Quincarrier provides another resource generator to help deploy them, especially the ones benefiting from being played using specific resources. With this many support, Build Support has many targets.

In the comics, a notable feature of this team are their Avengers Jackets. More than a fashion statement, they are woven with specialized tech, highly durable to be bullet- and fireproof, rigged for GPS and provides basic first aid. To simulate these features in the deck, a Leadership build with Reinforced Suit fits. Now with a Leadership aspect focus for an Avengers team, the rest of the deck is clear (to me): Avenge Me, Mighty Avengers, Team Training, Teamwork, Unified Strike, United We Stand.

Since Cap is a soldier, Mission Leader rounds out the build.
