The aerial/lightning themed deck is packed full of energy resources- Danny Zuko would be proud!
Only 4 of the cards added outside the Simon's hero kit are non-energy cards. All the allies are aerial (and energy), which synergizes with The Power of Flight, Team-Building Exercise,and Bombs Away. Keep at least one aerial ally always alive and in play for Unified Strike or Bombs Away. Allies are mainly batteries for these cards in this deck rather than blockers. Chance Encounter can help you get an aerial card into your hand and is great for attaching to side schemes. Plus- it's greased lightning!
Team building exercise can help pay for any of the allies, Jarvis, Quincarrier, as well as 5 of the event cards. The two Heroic upgrades boosts his thwarting capabilities, so he has flexibility to either remove threat or deliver hefty attacks with Unified Strike or Power Recycling.
Foiled! is in the deck to allow for some safer flip downs to use his sunglasses. I had initially had Yaw and Roll, but felt it wasn't necessary. However, in a 4-player game, I might make that substitution for extra threat removal. You can keep Foiled recurring it during the game to continue your flipdowns. Although confuses would have been a stronger way to protect the main scheme during a flip, I wanted to stick to energy resource events, and Foiled works against stalwart as well. When you go to AE, Jarvis boost your recovery and get rid of any annoying status cards. Also, since Simon has a bit of access to healing, Endurance seemed appropriate.
