Pykrete Protector

Alright. Truth be told, I've never played Iceman. I mostly bought him for his aspect cards to buff Nightcrawler. Most of what I know about him comes from this week's WHP (#80)

That being said, what I picked up is He's slow to get going, and has a constant defense bonus and that sounds like a candidate for an annoying protection deck. (I'm not good at protection either) The idea is to defend for the first half of the game as you build up. Getting the kickers for defense events will help mitigate the threat creep and toss a little damage into the mix.

Not gonna lie this isn't a very min-maxed deck with a solid plan except frustrate the villain until victory is achieved. It's got different options with Rogue using Snow Clones for attack boosts, Children of the Atom to open up Serve and Protect, Ice Slide to allow Ever Vigilant... like pykrete, It might be slow, it might be unusable, but it's gonna take a lot to break through it.
