Elite Spectrum

I have constructed, in my eyes the best spectrum deck I can create. Great for 1-4 player game and even 1 V 1 or 2 v 2 civil war competitive games.

I prioritize getting out an ally almost every turn to take the attack from the villain. This allows me to hardly ever be in alter ego limiting the scheme added on. With Hawkeye, that ally I try to keep out as long as possible to take two immediate damage to any minion that enters into play.

Along with ally usage, pairing the Gamma Blast with the Gamma Energy Form to have the base attack of three to grow the overall attack to 10. The same concept for Photon Speed, pair it with Photon which brings the overall thwart to 7. I use the Speed of Light strategically to get that free attack (1) which can takes care of tough status cards, or thwart (1).

As mentioned, getting an ally out is priority one, two is getting out the Energy Duplication Upgrade as quickly as possible as they only cost 2. If possible, Avengers Mansion, Helicarrier and Quincarrier will help immensely but not necessary to play the game well - 2 out of those 5 is all that is needed to enhance each round.

With some of the allies being played, allows you to draw more cards anyways, (Maria Hill, White Tiger, and Kaluu). Having Band Together in the deck is key while having multiple allies out at once, that gives you just free resources up to three. A combo I like to play is Make the Call to get out White Tiger which then I can immediately draw cards.
