When I first saw "Age of Ultron" in theatres, I missed out on an opportunity that I regret to this day.

Everyone was having a great time as the movie opened, and all present got a kick out of the "Language" joke in the opening fight. It was a great time with a really energetic audience. In one particularly shocking moment, one of my fellow viewers let slip a very audible "Oh $#!7!" and I immediately called out "Language!" in response. It was perfect comedic timing and the whole theatre erupted into peels of laughter and they had to pause the movie until we all calmed down.

At least... that's what flashed into my mind... but I've said things off the cuff before and it's usually not received well, and not wanting to disturb those trying to enjoy the movie, I held my tongue... and to this day, it has haunted me as the biggest missed opportunity in my life. Yeah, kind of a lame ending to a lame story... but it inspired this deck where Cap is teamed up with potty-mouthed pools... and Sam Jackson.

Cap's got a lot of money, so the big expensive toys are pretty attainable. There isn't a ton of synergy with the pool aspect, but he's good enough to overcome most of the setbacks it brings with it. Kind of thematic and it's a crossover that I'd pay money to see.

I'm sure this has been explored already, but see what you think. Feedback's always accepted.

Great story, made me laugh! We all have those kinds of missed opportunities, I definitely have felt the same way at times. Great deck! Out of curiosity, what was the main reason for Honorary Avenger? Since the Pool allies don't take consequential damage, it might be better to include Sidearm instead.

The main reason? I just thought it'd be funny to have Cap trying to incorporate the pools into the avengers. But out of practicality, making them harder to take down gives them a little more meat to block bigger attacks for me if I want to keep Cap readied and full health for Self Confidence. But yeah, I forget why I took Sidearm out. might have been thinning out the deck a bit and got too excited. Good call.
