Look, there's no rule in the avengers handbook that says a space-dog can't fly, or be on the avengers, or ride a skycycle, or...
This deck was built for collector 2. The goal is to build up Cosmo and Connonball into immortal super thwarters. Agilent collector 2 we used Falcon's ability to look at the top encounter card to pick the best time for the library labyrinth's "this way?" ability.
In playing I found Cosmo to be the more useful of the two. I think it's better to prioritize getting Cosmo and building him up first, with top priority to honorary avenger, then skycycle, then the rest.
This deck can take a while to reach full power, but full power can turn out to be a lot of thwarting with multiple boosts from cloud 9 and 2-4 thwarts per character. A slow turn could be in the mid-high teens and good turns can hit around 3o threat. Even while getting set up I found that it could still do decent amounts of thwarting with the partial kit.
Any villain/encounter/or even hero deck that can force damage onto your allies is probably a no-go as losing a built up Cosmo/Cannonball is likely not recoverable.
