Introducing my first deck! I have been playing this game for a little bit so I’m still a beginner. But I feel like this has some real potential and value. Using this deck I soloed the entire guardians of the galaxy campaign. Nebula and Ronan the Accuser were especially surprising as I beat them first try (3 turns and 4 turns respectively). Also I have kind of a limited card pool so I’m sure it could be much better.

This deck revolves around ending the game as fast as possible so that star lord doesn’t become overwhelmed. You either win without breaking a sweat or don’t get even close and get absolutely wrecked in classic star lord fashion.

The deck revolves around utilizing allies with Blaze of Glory and Lead from the Front to create massive damage while using the blocking capabilities of allies to prevent serious damage. Utilize Knowhere in order to get a constant stream of cards. Along with Star-lords smooth talker ability in alter ego.

The other aspect is Star Lords identity cards, specifically Element Gun, Daring Escape, and Sliding Shot. The element guns help to create steady damage along with the allies. Then in a rush attack you use Daring Escape paired with Sliding Shot (Gutsy Move if you really need to thwart.)

The main idea is to use allies when you don’t have the identity cards available. You don’t want to stack to many encounter cards without having the upgrades and cards to properly use them.

The rest of the cards in the deck are either to assist with playing allies, or ensuring you have enough resources/cards on hand.
