WHO IS JUBILEE?

Jubilee is an early-game hero that can produce powerful effects immediately, but does not benefit from long-term setup as much as other heroes.

She is a good partner for decks which take time to set up, as she will be able to begin controlling the battlefield turn 1.

I find she pairs well with the justice aspect, which is also concerned with battlefield control.

WHAT IS THIS DECK?

A simple Jubilee deck that focuses on two mechanics.

1) Killer Fashion Sense.

Utilize your Coat and Sunglasses alongside high-cost attack and thwart events.

To ensure we always have three distinct resource types, we can store them on the field for later use with Reflexes/Awareness/Physique. We can also supplement with The X-Jet.

Some events such as Hit and Run and Multitalented are both attack and thwart, which means you will trigger both items at once.

Some events such as Flash of Light, Firecracker, Grande Finale, Multitalented, and Three Steps Ahead already benefit from mixing resource types.

As an example, playing Hit and Run or Multitalented at full setup will grant 5 points of damage and 5 thwart.

2) Crowd Control.

Jubilee has 5 cards that grant the confuse effect. (Blinding Flash, 3x Flash of Light, and Unlikely Duo). Combine them with a few confuse-tribal cards for slightly more efficiency. Chamber, Cypher, and Float Like a Butterfly will allow you to capitalize on these status effects.

HOW TO USE SHOPPING SPREE?

On turn 1, play your Shopping Spree card and ask one teammate to help you thwart. This will allow you to get your Coat out ASAP, which will pay dividends throughout the game. (Likely more than your teammate's turn 1 basic attack/thwart).
