I haven't tried this out but I was watching the latest episode of winning hand (#70) and wanted to see what I was able to fashion. Haven't tested this out, but I liked the challenge.
I wanted to go with an unusual pick with Scott 1. so I didn't copy anyone else 2. I'd be able to reach into other aspects and pull some other options, and 3. Tactical Brilliance.
Didn't actually get a ton of Aerial Xmen out of the deal, but Rogue in with spectrum, that'd be nice.
(Edit: When I finished this deck, I went back to the video and realized Lazy Titan did a similar build with Nova, so I'm not as special as I thought. lol.)

cyclops can use tactics that nova can't so this may work really well.
