The plan is simple. Find the minions and beat information out of them.
Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons are there to help make sure you can always have Prism Dust. You could swap out Spycraft with Sonic Rifle to get more use out of them but I like spycraft for it's board control and the increased the chance of encountering a minion.
With The Raft, Bucky should have a steady stream of minions to eliminate.
The deck has a good amount of resources but using Cybernetic Arm with Concussive Blow will guarantee that 4 damage.
