Control your RAGE!
Hulk is teaming up with Mutants. They're his only friends left :(
Tank hits while setting up.
Once you have two allies in play + Children of the Atom, use Gunboat Diplomacy to control the board while Hulk Smashes!
Overwatch is there to combo with Gunboat.
Upside the Head gives Hulk some cushion when he flips. Informant is there to also help with controlling the mai scheme.
