I may have missed it, but I haven't seen a Wasp build with Honed Technique. I originally made this for the Wrecking Crew when I was going through everything in release order.
Bio-Synthetic Wings makes Wasp Aerial. It also mitigates damage. Nadia's Genius trait gives her access to Ingenuity, so you never miss that HT kicker.
Nadia's G.I.R.L ability lets her shuffle two printed resource cards back in your deck, so you can keep cycling her identity specific events or Melee back in to your deck whenever you flip down.
I like Clobber in this deck because it's a quick 5 damage with Honed Technique and it goes right back to your hand so you can play something else.
