Mulligan priorities are Children of the Atom and Leader of the Guardians.
Use Build Support to play IPAC. Can also drop it for Chance Encounter or something else.
With LotG and CotA up, Deathlok and another character remove/deal 7-8 thwart/damage per Gunboat.
I love the idea of combining Star-Lord's ability with Gunboat for even more efficiency!
