The first few times through the deck, play as many support and upgrades as possible to thin the deck. Tune the event selection based on the scenario.
Once the supports & upgrades are set up, you can remove more threat than is usually added to the main scheme, allowing your allies to attack and heal as needed.
Late game you'll have too many resources. Lockjaw is a good use for extra resources. You can also give away your Avengers Mansion draw and Helicarrier resource once you are setup. I'm considering removing the 2 The Power of Justice for 2 more events.
