A deck built for the purposes of outlining for a new player what can be done with a minimal amount of hero packs, to offer as a road map for where to go next if they happen to enjoy Spider-Man as they come out of the core set.

I decided that aiming for the Sinister motives wave was going to be the most helpful because it puts a new player into a specific time. and they can take on other hero packs out of that wave as they increase their card pool. but the goal here is to try to get Web of Life and Destiny and Warrior of the Great Web As soon as possible with an aggressive Mulligan so that you have access to Ghost-Spiderghost spider and Spider-Man as soon as we draw them. And to be even more budget focused, Ingenuity can be cut, as its the only card from Ironheart's hero pack.

From there we're playing a pretty general Justice plan, with room to grow as the card pool grows, as cards like For Justice! and Jessica Jones can be outclassed over time.

I would strongly recommend running Homeland Intervention instead of For Justice. When a Surveillance Team gets to 1 counter, stop using it and leave it on the table. Whenever Monica Chang is in your hand, burn a last counter and refresh the Team with Chang. Otherwise, all 3 Teams stay in play to power Homeland Intervention. So this means every time Chang is in your hand, she's a 3 cost for 7 thwart and a chump block and every time Homeland is in your hand it's 0 cost for 6 Thwart. Much better than For Justice 2 for 4.

This deck is a genius way of playing with a smaller card pool. I had a lot of fun with it.

@Turbowombat but the idea is that this is a deck for players with a small card pool. So minimizing how many products you have to own, rather than maximizing the deck.
