Hawkeye can't be a Superhero... he's just a BASIC human. Ok Ok fine, but with a little prep, he's basically immortal!
This deck takes a bit of building to become amazing but it can be. It relies heavily on getting out Team-Building Exercise, Quincarrier and Mockingbird. Getting these cards out ensures you can dump the resource from the Quincarrier to put Mockingbird back in your hand negating all damage and then bring her back out on your turn with the 3 Team-Building Exercise's. Any extra damage you may take from minions or extra villain activations can be brought back with First Aid or Multitalented. The Digging Deep/Sharpshooter combo is cool but the main reason for Digging Deep is to get the most out of Multitalented. Another cool combo is using Enhanced Physique to trigger Tenacity, because shooting extra arrows is fun.
Once setup with your upgrades and supports, its pretty much over for any villain. The biggest hand you could produce would be shooting 4 arrows in one round utilizing the ready from Tenacity, and have all 3 allies doing something. Depends on the scenario but you should be able to clear any board if you have been building Hawkeye's Quiver. Good Luck, this deck needs it :)
Unfortunately that's not how Team-Building Exercise works. As soon as you exhaust one, you must play the card you're paying for, so you can only get 1 discount at a time. You can combine it with Helicarrier though (and if you could have 3 Helicarriers, they would work the way you want).
