Cyclops Ally Rush

First attempt at deckbuilding for Cyclops.

Deck is built around staying in alter-ego a lot for the free resources off of Constant Training and for the powerful effects of Danger Room and Cerebro. Scott takes a backseat as X-men swarm the field with heroes like Professor X and Psylocke there to keep the villain from taking advantage and scheming. Goal is to be flipping every turn, and to not be afraid to chump block- hopefully, we should be cycling through our deck pretty quickly.

Deck has yet to be tested as I needed to sleep right after making it.
