"Not again," you say. "Honed Technique + Dive Bomb? With Ironheart? We've seen this before. We've seen YOUR deck before."

This is true. I am always honing (heh) my Ironheart Aggression.

However, there are two reasons I wanted to post this version of the deck:

1) Minor reason: This version does not include any stun or confuse statuses. This is for a couple of reasons: a, there are plenty of villains who are steady, stalwart, or otherwise stun-/confuse-resistant, and b, there are plenty of heroes who have a lot of stun and confuse, even in-kit. Heck, that's Jubilee's entire personality. So this version avoids all that by relying on her basic defense, her own tough statuses, War Machine's toughness, and Go for Champions. Oh, and chump blocking to taste. So you've got stun alternatives covered, and you can swap War Machine and/or Spider-Man for Professor X and maybe Psylocke if you're playing solo and absolutely need the confuse.

2) Major reason: This version only includes one copy of Dive Bomb instead of the typical 3x. Why is that? Well, it's because Dive Bomb is broken. There, I said it. Dive Bomb, as printed, is broken when combined with Honed Technique. It is SO fun to light up a table, but doing it turn after turn is trivializing. But... it's been years and there has been no errata. The devs know how powerful it is and there has still been no errata. So, I have to imagine: there will be no errata. For that reason, I'm suggesting my own, subtle nerf: Only including one copy. You don't even have to imagine it says "Max 1 per deck," it's just your choice to include only one copy. Yeah, you might recur it with The Locust. Yeah, you will see it again shortly since this deck cycles like the Tour de France. But it means it's something you'll likely only do every other turn, at best, vs. one or two times a turn, every turn, once she's set up. So this is the major reason for posting this deck. It's 9/8/24 and I am putting my flag in the sand: No one is changing Dive Bomb. I can't pretend it doesn't count as an attack. But I still want to use it so I'll be limiting myself to one.
