This is an Iceman Boot Camp deck I have been playing today and it has done very well in Expert Standard 3 games.
Allies
Iceman wants to flip down and Psylocke and Professor X can confuse to allow him to do that. Professor X can ready him or your allies as well if necessary. Shark-Girl and Glob have synergy with Iceman's attachments.
Support/Upgrades/PSS
Utopia is included because Iceman wants to ready. Team building exercise does a lot of work in this deck. Player side schemes are there to jump start his engine. I have been targeting X-Jet and Cryokinetic Perception when completing the player side schemes. Deft Focus for his Superpower cards.
General Strategy
Focus on thwarting early and getting your board built out. I will usually make some basic defenses early to help get out some Frostbites on the enemy. That way you can flip down with less risk if you manage to get the villian to minus two scheme. Use your Confuses to flip to Alter ego in order to get his cards back as well. Once I have stabilized the board and built my engine pieces I am looking to play Boot Camp and blast the enemy down with allies boosted by Attack Training.
I haven't posted many decks so I am interested to hear what people think of this deck. I am sure it could be tweaked. Let me know your thoughts!
Deck Edits after Testing: Removed: Both PSS 1x Danger Room 1x Team Building Exercise
Added: 2x Power in All of Us 1x Endurance 1x Down Time Optional: 3x Game Time

Did you try Game Time out at all? When there are Training Upgrades I always like to get a feel for how Game Time plays with the deck
