Maximum Voltage

This deck essentially goes all in on Repulsor Blast and maximizing its damage. I really only play multiplayer with him, and once he's taken the time build up, the game is essentially broken. I'd imagine with the varying cost of allies that this deck would be adequate for solo play, too.
