Turns out in multiplayer dr00 was right and Skilled Investigator isn't as good if your turn is over by the time a scheme gets defeated and you have nothing to spend it on. Therefore:
-1 Skilled Investigator +1 Mission Training
Occasionally I've had fun giving my third Honorary X-Men to a friend's favorite ally. Giving them my third training will be neat too.
