This deck revolves around Mulligan and getting Cerebro in play ASAP in order to abuse Professor X in a Psionic loop of confusion and hurt on the villain. Poolnix is mad and her emotions make her the big mad.

How does Professor X loop with Cerebro when it only searches your deck not your discard pile?

I messed up. There is no mechanism to get Professor X out of the discard pile with Phoenix. I would delete the deck but I don't see a button to do so.

X-Men Instruction can put Prof back in the deck but that's about it.
