Phoenix - Using the Assets

Psychic Misdirection and Mutant Protectors leverage the intrinsic fragility of Phoenix's defense (low hp, no actual defense options)

The options of using once-per-phase the hero resource generation option can grant a lot of flexibility in progressing towards unleashed form.

Threat management can become difficult midgame, but the outstanding damage output should be able to counterbalance effectively the issue.
