This list is intended be a "budget" edit, upgrading Spectrum's pre-built starter deck using only the Core Set and the campaign expansions through Spectrum's release (RotRS, GMW, and MTS).
The Plan:
Draw cards with Speed of Light, Avengers Mansion, and White Tiger.
Set up Avengers Tower and The Triskelion to increase the Ally limit to 5, and bring out as many AVENGER trait Allies as possible.
Use Make the Call to recur any Ally cards that get discarded too early.
Lastly, increase the ATK of Allies with Mighty Avengers and Lead from the Front, then deal massive damage with Mass Attack!
