This deck is build to play a multiplayer game where everybody tries to help Quicksilver until he's going just insane and the team can feel it's like in X-Men movies. Based on the fact that the others are playing many "play under the controle of anybody" cards improving his stats until he's just so many options that at the end, he can beat the game like a boss.
