Rocket using I have a plan, ever vigilant, and repurpose turns him into a readying beast who can remove huge amounts of threat in a turn, allowing you to freely go to alter-ego and draw extra cards to get full built. then it comes down to using weapons and Guardians to make a big turn or two to finish the villain off.
