A quick ramp up build for Captain America focused on controlling threat and getting Shield allies into play. There are a lot of draw cards to get to your allies and to pump out some damage. With 15 upgrades/supports your looking at playing with 25 cards consistently.
Easy solo play, strong with a team that pushes out some damage. When looking at team play, consider removing "One Way or Another" as side schemes will be harder to remove with more players involved.

Shield is 'i' before 'e' :)
