My personal Vision based on Rebooting Viv

I absolutely took inspiration from https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/16008/command-the-rebooting-vivian-1.0

I just wanted to make some changes and tweaks based on the fact we do 3 person games and I think this might help a bit.

Less command team, and more regroup to get Vivian out more.

Band together was added to help with using wild resources to clear villain stuff and or pay for things.
