Yondu Carries Doctor Strange

Does Doctor Strange need carried? No… but if you want to play a Voltron deck, this might work the best and be the easiest to pull off. Here’s why:

• Doctor Strange is Mystic and therefore can use summoning spell (whether it grabs Yondu or a different ally, it will clear out all the non-allies in the way of getting to Yondu)
• His Winds of Watoomb card draw combined with Master of the Mystic Arts leads to massive card draw
• The rest of his Invocation deck is aimed at stopping the villain from attacking, scheming, and hurting your friendlies

Your goal is to get Yondu on the board ASAP. Every upgrade will be going on him. The second Honorary Avenger is for Wong… he tries to ruin our plans.

Some extra tips:

• If Summong Spell brings in Black Panther, put the spell right back on him and spend it again
• Use Mystical Studies to get Master of the Mystic Arts for that massive card draw
• Use Sanctum Sanctorum to grab Summoning Spell
• Hawkeye can be swapped with the last Spiritual Meditation if you’re not against a minion summoning villain
