This deck is built around the idea of obtaining tempo by drawing as many cards as possible as quickly as possible. It requires little to no setup to begin drawing cards like crazy.

Early Game: Draw, Draw Draw. Turn 1 priority items include Anything with positive net cards or permanent upgrades. One Way or Another, Nick Fury, Avengers Mansion, Alpha Flight Station, Skilled Investigator and multi-resource cards are ones to hang onto. Otherwise, you can get rid of just about anything else.

You can get set up very quickly with this deck. Once set up, items like clear the area, crisis interdiction (with Cosmic Flight), Photonic Blast, Quake and turn the tide and sonic rifle are all very helpful for gaining board control.

Once board control is obtained, you can begin to move into doing damage with Energy Channel, Jack Flag, Wiccan, Turn the Tide and Photonic Blast.

Grabbing a Side Scheme with One Way or Another and triggering Turn the tide, Clear the Area and Skilled Investigator also provides a powerful cycle.

It's not unusual for this deck to cycle all the way through in the first two turns. Once the Supports, Upgrades and a few allies are down, this increases the ability for the deck to cycle further.

Because of this, it can obtain, power up and use energy channel rather quickly.
