What is this

It is a Justice Deck working for 2 players game with Captain America - Stubborn Bastards Team. The aim is simple, focusing on the vilain while his friend manages threat and minions the most as he can. All the strategy is based on his hero power and to not flip his hero/alter ego card. The mechanics are simple: counter-attack and ready the hero the most you can to deal each time 5 more dommages. But it will take a few turns to be at max. Until then, build your hero to raise your tempo with all the permanent cards you can play.

Because of the C.I.T.T., you can also change the ressource management of the deck removing the two "powers" and using the three basic double ressources instead.
