Simple strategy: play cheap avenger allies (Avengers Tower and Team-Bulding Exercise might help with this, although I find myself using the latter much more often than the tower), change form, buff yourself with Moxie and Giant Strength, ready yourself with Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Ready to Rumble, and hit hard in giant form.
The many allies and Ant-Man's own set make it a versatile deck that is also good at defending and thwarting, but this deck is better at dealing damage.
